Rich, impenetrable ruby with a black core. Opens with slightly smoky notes, then dark chocolate, lots of blackcurrant and blackberry, slightly earthy notes in the background. Juicy blackberry fruit on the palate, expands well, grippy tannins, slightly harsh components on the finish.
