Light copper gold, brass reflections. Delicate walnut, fresh pear, a hint of mango, subtle herbal savouriness, some nougat. Taut, finely meshed, white stone fruit, mineral-salty, a touch of orange zest in the finish, lemony in the aftertaste, a versatile food wine.
