The spumante Rotari Platinum Laber Brut Trento DOC, vintage 2015 from the winery Rotari-Mezzacorona has been rated in 2020 by Othmar Kiem und Simon Staffler with 91 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Chardonnay, Pinot Noir from the region Alto Adige in Italy.
Intense brilliant lemon yellow. Opening on the nose with nuances of candied fruit, pineapple and lemon, and dark berry can also be detected, with sea salt in the background. Delicate and subtle yellow fruit on the palate, dry, juicy, and beautifully rounded on the finish, it has a delicate and long aftertaste.
