The sparkling wine Rotari Flavio Brut Trento DOC, vintage 2011 from the winery Rotari-Mezzacorona has been rated in 2019 by Gerhild Burkard, Benjamin Herzog with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Chardonnay from the region Alto Adige in Italy.
Intense flint straw yellow, persistent mousse. A complex and appealing nose with baked apple notes, pineapple and brioche. Very rich on the palate, filling the mouth with light notes of honey, a creamy texture and a slight sweetness on the finish.
