The red wine Tsigello Single Vineyard PGI Aigialeia, vintage 2020 from the winery Rouvalis Winery has been rated in 2024 by Peter Moser with 94 Falstaff points.
Deep crimson, purple reflections, subtle ochre rim. On the nose, a subtle oak savouriness with notes of cedar and nougat, dark berries and a hint of plums. Juicy, ripe cherries, elegant with subtle fruit expression, freshly structured, fine tannins, good length, already approachable. A great example of a dry Mavrodaphn from the Corinth region.
