Intense, bright straw yellow. Initially slightly smoky on the nose, with hints of wet stone, fine citrus fruit, pink grapefruit, also shows slightly grassy tones, with a vanilla aftertaste after a little time. Medium-bodied on the palate, with well-integrated acidity and mild fruit, a delicately bitter undertone and a delicately salty finish.
