The red wine Languedoc AOC Rouge, vintage 2014 from the winery S. Delafont has been rated in 2016 by Axel Biesler und Marco Lindauer with 89 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Trollinger from the region Languedoc-Roussillon in France.
We perceive a modern character in the bouquet, as this wine comes across as ethereal and with a good portion of chocolate. Plums and blackberries intermingle. Surprisingly extract-sweet on the palate, but it doesn't pretend to be, because the tannins are ripe and the fruit is juicy. A hearty all-rounder.
