The red wine Pic Saint Loup AOC, vintage 2015 from the winery S. Delafont has been rated in 2018 by Thomas Schwitalla, Rainer Schäfer, Ulrich Sautter with 93 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Syrah, Mourvèdre from the region Languedoc-Roussillon in France.
Juniper, wax, garrigue, mealy tannin, fine texture, juice and savouriness, good fruit accompaniment on the palate, rather mild acidity but with mineral notes to support the structure, overall still compact with good ageing potential.
