Brilliant light gold with silvery tendencies and a fine, persistent mousse. Delicately fruity bouquet of pears, followed by asparagus and broom. Juicy on the palate with a pleasant sweetness, soft fruit and above-average length.

Very ripe pear notes on the palate, the mousse remains in the second row, with some savoury undertones and a subtle freshness in the finish.
