The prosecco Fili Prosecco DOC Millesimato Brut, vintage 2020 from the winery Sacchetto has been rated in 2021 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 88 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Glera from the region Veneto in Italy.
Bright, clear straw yellow with silver-green reflections. Quite clear on the nose, rich green apple, some grapefruit and fresh meadow herbs. Lively attack with lots of carbon dioxide, lemon blossom and quince on the palate, clear fruit, shows a certain tension, lasts for a medium length, slightly salty, almondy finish.
