Tasting Notes

91
Tasting from 07.10.2022: Peter Moser

Dark ruby garnet, opaque core, purple reflections, delicate ochre rim. Delicate black berry fruit, cassis and mint, dark nougat, notes of dried herbs, tobacco, multi-faceted bouquet. Medium complexity, black cherries, blackberries, lively acidity, salty-mineral finish, subtle tannins, still very youthful, has certain ageing potential, good food companion.
