Brilliant, bright white gold with persistent mousse. On the nose crisp lemon and some lime, chalky nuances round off the aroma spectrum. Balanced on the palate with well-integrated mousse, nice interplay between cool fruit and mineral elements, good harmony, balanced on the finish.
