Tasting Notes
Bright silver-grey with a persistent mousse. Fragrant aromas of acacia blossom, oranges and hints of stone fruit. Hearty on the palate with pronounced fruit and juiciness, but falls apart a little on the finish.
More about the tastingBright, radiant silver grey. Minimally reductive on the nose at first, opens on lime, pear yogurt and meadow herbs. On the palate some juicy peach, reminiscent of red berries, compact and fruit-driven, drinks well.
More about the tastingShiny light silver with a delicate mousse. Open, well-ripened nose, aromas of cinnamon and ripe apple. A hint of lemon and grapefruit on the palate, with a slightly metallic finish.
More about the tastingClear yellow-green. Muted nose, a little cloudy with some ripe apple and peach. A rather austere palate, drying and short on the finish.
More about the tastingBrilliant straw yellow with medium mousse. Medium expressiveness on the nose, shy peach. Not particularly expressive on the palate, unbalanced, disappears quickly.
