Bright, rich ruby purple. Presents itself on the nose with slightly spicy notes, some tree bark and white pepper, then lots of juicy cherry. Velvety and soft on the palate, opens with rich, soft tannins, builds beautifully, firm pressure on the finish, with a finish of blackberry and licorice.
