Carmine red, a purple sheen, ochre rim. Fine fresh herbs, strawberry confit, delicate notes of hibiscus and liquorice, nuances of mandarin zest and caramel. Silky and juicy, medium complexity, fine tannins, salty finish, already well developed, an uncomplicated and pleasurable Pinot.
