Dark ruby garnet with purple reflections and a hint of ochre at the watery rim. Fine fruit sweetness in the bouquet, as well as a touch of cookie, caramel and cassis. Juicy, with predominantly red berry character on the palate. It seems fresh and light on its feet, with lively acid structure. Some chocolate notes appear on the finish. Easy to drink and shows good length - already gluggable, but with sure further ageing potential.
