Made from dried Zibibbo grapes and aged in barrique. Bright, dark amber in colour. A concentrated nose with aromas of dried figs and dates along with apricot jam, with cinnamon and nutmeg spice in the background. Very rich on the palate - it seems almost oily in texture - with rich sweet fruit that reverberates for a while. A powerhouse, like a volcano.
