Tasting Notes

Tasting from 16.10.2013

Dark ruby-garnet colour, purple reflections, broad rim brightening. Black berry fruit background with sweet herbal savouriness, intense ethereal nuances of candied purple fruits and liquorice, a hint of cassis, savoury notes. Full-bodied, sweet and elegant, dark forest berries, lively structure, mineral and long-lasting, almost salty on the finish, still incredibly youthful, Grand Cru class.
