Quite savoury at first. With air contact, yeasty and nutty notes in the nose, some brioche, roasted almond, citric flavours, lime peel, grapefruit, and also some yellow fruit, apricot and Mirabelle plum. On the palate, the freshness of the acidity is absorbed by a fine texture, vivid, fine-pearled mousse, the fine sweetness rounds off, medium complexity and length and a savoury finish. Accessible.
