Tasting from 26.11.2021: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Rich, radiant copper with brown reflections. Opens on notes of candy and roasted almond, some wet wood and rum raisin, followed by dried orange peel. Juicy on the palate notion, shows crisp play, precise, lively in the course, goes into the long finish with a fine saltiness, shows animating drinking flow!
