Tasting Notes

93
Tasting from 20.04.2018: Peter Moser

Medium amber with an ochre rim. Hints of dried fig, some caramel, candied orange zest and a fine, inviting sweetness. Substantial yet elegant with well-integrated sweetness, a delicate touch of sloe on the finish, chocolatey aftertaste, fine minerality, vivid acidity, fresh orange on the back palate.
