Tasting Notes

Tasting from 20.04.2018: Peter Moser

Pale green yellow with silver reflections. Delicately reductive, nutty, white pear, hints of honeydew melon and beeswax, lime zest and white flowers, an attractive bouquet. Taut, elegant, white fruit, a hint of marzipan, substantial texture, finesse-rich acidity and distinct minerality on the finish. A hint of toasty aromas and hazelnut on the finish, a brilliant wine for "fat" fish dishes. A "Burgundy" with acidity.
