Tasting from 14.03.2019: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Dark, bright ruby red. Slightly vegetal nose of geranium and ivy, fine leather savouriness, also has bloody nuances. Opens on a fine fruitiness on the palate, slightly salty, taut but unfortunately loosely knit and harsh on the finish.
