Tasting from 10.02.2023: Othmar Kiem & Simon Staffler

Deep ruby in colour with a garnet red rim. Initially a bit restrained on the nose, before opening up to reveal fresh berries, blood orange, notes of passion fruit, and a touch of earth. The palate is medium bodied and extremely juicy with a pleasant structure, crisp acidity, and some complexity. Drinks well.
