A hint of caramelised cherry and char plays ever so gently on the nose. The palate has a pervasive, urgent freshness but, after announcing itself unmistakably, relaxes into mellow, gentle and ripe strawberry and cherry fruit. The concentration stays there, is textured and mouth-watering with a touch of plum skin and citrus peel. Vivid, bold, bright, exquisite.
