Concentrated, toasty aroma of white chocolate, hazelnut and candied fruit. Distinctive use of wood with fine fruit and concentration on the palate. Enormously rich caramel and coffee spice. Heavyweight Pinot Gris with powerful concentration and ripe fruit fullness. Has potential and currently pairs well with veal and morels.
