Tasting Notes
It has a dark ruby colour, with purple reflections, and a delicate bright rim. There are aromas of lovely cherry fruit, a hint of cassis, a hint of cardamom, subtle herbal notes, as well as black fruit nuances. It has a fine tannin structure, and it is juicy, with a hint of fig, and a subtle touch of chocolate. With an elegant finish It is a good food wine.
