Tasting Notes
Very pale yellow green colour, with silver reflections. On the nose it is delicately reductive, with nice nutty aromas, subtle yeasty notes, yellow apple, some mango, orange zest, and discreet caramel. Full-bodied, elegant, a creamy body, with a nice acid structure, a lemony flavour, and discreet sweet fruit on the finish. It has good ageing potential.
