Tasting from 24.03.2021: Ulrich Sautter

Pale pastel colour, somewhat Côtes de Provence-like, small red berries and something floral on the nose. Also liquorice. Very clear on the nose. Good structure on the palate, lively acidity, well-balanced, rather restrained sweetness, a hint of substance, berries and plums on the finish, a refreshing wine for sunny spring days.
