Tasting Notes
Medium yellow colour. Delicately savoury, still slightly yeasty bouquet, dense but precise fruit flavours. Elegant, balanced palate flow, fine playfulness, persistent and juicy, with fine, persistent minerality. Combines elegant richness with playful elegance and is more charming than purist. Here, too, the rock salt intensifies the longer the wine is sipped, which is incredibly stimulating. Really excellent!
