Mineral on the nose, burning, slate-spicy, tea leaf, juicy and freshly carbonated at the start, enormously mineral on the palate, pointed and elegant, only a delicate sweetness behind the vibrant nervy acidity. Herbal aromas on the finish. Stylish.
