Expressive, typical but not overloaded Sauvignon Blanc nose with notes of green pepper, boxwood, gooseberry and lemongrass. Fresh on the palate, with a citric acidity that caresses the residual sweetness, creating a beautiful balance and fruity creaminess that carries through to the finish.
