Tasting Notes
Light yellow-green, silver reflections. Fine honey blossom with undertones of yellow tropical fruit, papaya and spicy notes. Full-bodied, fine acid structure, ripe apple and spices on the finish. Concentrated style, a lot of ageing potential.
More about the tastingNutty and buttery on the nose, with some oak savouriness. Smooth at the beginning, powerful in the middle of the palate, mild acidity, strong wood character, full-bodied finish. Still needs to harmonise, at the moment the wood is relatively pronounced. But extract is there.
