Rich, brilliant golden yellow. Red apple, some redcurrant and orange zest characterise the bouquet. Lively acidity on the palate, which blends harmoniously with the fruity sweetness, very fine mousse. Additional animating fleur du sel in the fresh, juicy finish. A convincing aperitif.
