Tasting from 23.06.2023: Othmar Kiem & Simon Staffler

Clear pale straw yellow with green notes. Very clear and finely elaborated nose, fresh apple and peach, some basil in the background. Spreads very well on the palate, showing lots of sweet fruit components, juicy and lush, smooth, good drive on the finish, salty.
