Tasting from 28.11.2019: Benjamin Herzog und Dominik Vombach

Juicy, fresh berry fruit on the nose. Lots of blackberry and plum. Spicy character on the palate, Christmas spices, slightly noticeable tannins, some vanilla, nice acidity. Powerful tipple.
