Dark ruby. Clear, fresh, dark fruit: Blackberries and elderberries, some blueberries and cassis, nicely complemented by a mineral spiciness, some coffee. Extremely supple on the palate with subtle extract sweetness, showing ripe acidity and fine, polished tannins. Again, lots of fresh fruit in the long, elegant finish. Lingers fresh on the palate.
