Medium straw yellow, silver reflections, delicate persistent mousse. Delicate greengage, light cherry, fine nuances of honey and orange zest, some biscuit. Juicy, delicate yellow peach, fresh acidity, fine tropical fruit on the finish, a multi-faceted food wine. (Disgorged 5/2021) .
