Medium straw yellow with silver reflections and a lively mousse. A nose of inviting yellow tropical fruit, delicate fresh pineapple, ripe mango, some passion fruit and a hint of blossom honey. Complex and tight-knit palate with white apple, fresh acidity, minerality and a hint of lime. (Disgorged 3/2021).
