Strong salmon red, very fine mousseux. Fresh apple fruit, some sea buckthorn, delicate hints of meadow herbs. Juicy, good interplay between sweetness and a fresh acidity structure, pleasant raspberry pulp in the aftertaste, lingers well, balanced product.
