Bright, intense straw yellow with light golden nuances. Delicate, savoury, herbal bouquet of mint, clover and crunchy stone fruit, with mineral notes behind it. Creamy texture on the palate, juicy, slightly piquant fruit, vibrant acidity and a lingering finish.
