Crushed red cherry ripeness on the nose has all the fleshiness of 2020. The palate manages to combine that unusual ripeness with vivid freshness, glorious expression of fruit, hints of black pepper and real depth. Tannins are plentiful, ripe and smooth, lending just the right amount of structure for a wine with such lovely aroma and structure. Bravo.
