Tasting Notes
Light yellow-green colour, silver reflections. Ripe white fruit nuances with a fine savoury background, a hint of grapefruit zest, some melon, mineral-smoky nuances. Powerful, complex, hints of extracted sweetness, yellow fruit of peach and pear, mineral, fine roasted flavours in the finish, shows very good length, will benefit from further bottle ageing.
