Medium orange gold, brass reflections. Hints of fried banana, orange zest, light apricot confit, inviting bouquet. Taut, light-bodied, white apple, a touch of peach, salty, chalky touch, umami nuances on the finish, dusty-dry food wine, full of finesse.
