Light greenish yellow. Fine, very small-sparkling mousse. Fresh green apple on the nose, delicate floral aromas, a hint of honey. Fresh pear and apple touch on the palate, juicy fruit flavor, yellow apple on the finish, delicately mineral on the finish. Medium intensity, uncomplicated sparkling wine.
