Light golden yellow. The nose is rich and fruity with notes of bright stone fruit, ripe citrus fruit, acacia honey, green apple and nuances of brioche. On the palate it is elegant and balanced with a fine mousse, a juicy overall impression and a certain astringency on the long finish.
