The red wine Chianti DOCG, vintage 2017 from the winery Simona Guidelli has been rated in 2020 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 87 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Sangiovese from the region Tuscany in Italy.
Deep dark, rich ruby red with a tendency to garnet. On the nose animal character, very savoury, peppery, tar and undergrowth. On the palate marked tannin, quickly becomes loosely knit and drying on the finish.
