Pale yellow, golden reflections, intense, fine mousseux. Delicately nutty, fresh yellow apple fruit, a hint of stone fruit, a hint of cookie. Juicy, elegant texture, fine honey touch, ripe yellow apple on the finish, well-balanced, versatile.
