It is a wine made from the grape variety Riesling
Lemon yellow in colour. Tangerine and blood orange, rosemary blossom, beeswax and yeast on the nose. In the mouth, the wine shows suppleness and fullness thanks to the creamy mousse. It is quite strongly dosed and almost goes into the "extra-dry" taste, especially given the rather ripe acidity.
