The sekt »Dichtertraum Pinot« brut, vintage 2020 from the winery SMW Saar Mosel Winzersekt GmbH has been rated in 2024 by Ulrich Sautter with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Weißburgunder, Frühburgunder, Grauburgunder from the region Moselle in Germany.
A fine pinot berry aroma, discreetly yeasty, with a slightly spicy-mineral background. The extremely fine, cultivated mousse gives the palate a sense of calm despite its freshness, the wine flows smoothly and harmoniously without overdoing the dosage and it finishes with a fine salinity.
